  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Generate a Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to print a prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code for easy drop-off at any of our partner courier locations.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at a local post office or designated collection point, making sure to keep your proof of postage receipt until the refund is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
